Holker performed in the opening and closing ceremonies during Earth, Wind and Fire for at the Olympic Games, 2002. In addition, she appeared in Disney's High School Musical 2 and High School Musical. Her commercial appearances have also been featured. She reached the Top 8 of the second season of So You Think You Can Dance. Furthermore she was a part of the SYTYCD National Tour. Louis Van Amstel choreographed a show titled Ballroom with a Twist. She also sang with Holker and Clay Aiken, American Idol's Clay Aiken, in the PBS special Tried and True. Holker was featured as a character in Christina Perri music video Jar of Hearts. Holker was Demi Lovato's back dancer from October/September of 2011. Holker is also a teacher at various dance conventions and workshops throughout the country. Holker has also taken on choreography. Holker collaborated along with Brian Friedman as a backup dancer on The X Factor USA. The dancer performed together with Stephen Boss in Dancing with the Stars.
